The Sandwich Shop has just opened on Reservoir St in the Central end of Surry Hills. A cute and tiny little place, TSS serves up tasty, tasty sandwiches from $8.00 each including a New York Reuben (that’s generous on the corned beef), a pulled pork roll with house made BBQ sauce (must try next time) and a pretty mean looking Club Sandwich. And fear not vegans, there is a salad sandwich on there for you which sounds pretty great even if I’m nowhere near vegan.
The breakfast menu is small, but there’s a breakfast slider (ham and cheese on a brioche) which sounds amazing as well as a few different loaves (sour cherry and fig & walnut) that would be worth trying.
Get your sandwich loving butt down to The Sandwich Shop. I know you wanna do it.
