1/4 chicken and is that mash? NO, it’s garlic sauce.

Chicken and chips, with a little bit of garlic sauce.

Next step: Put it in a wrap with the chips and garlic sauce.

It’s mad hectic inside.

Judging by dude’s face, he’s not a fan of me taking photos of the buckets of chicken being delivered.

Abla’s Pastries – so many sweets!

Lebanese desserts. Hello there.

My friend told me “you have not lived until you’ve been to El Jannah”. My wise, wise friend was so right and now I will tell you the same. You think, how good can charcoal chicken be? Ummm, like ridiculously awesome that I would come back out to Granville every weekend if I could. But it’s not just the moist charcoal chicken that gets me, it’s the garlic sauce. Gah, I never thought I would go so nuts over garlic sauce, but here we are.

Do it, go to Granville and get yourself some charcoal chicken. And maybe get some to take back with you too.

Tip: Head around the corner afterward for Lebanese desserts at Abla’s Pastries. This place it pretty epic.
